Now that you don't have to buy alcohol, the money can be spent on a hobby, be it collecting, wood carving, or fishing. A woman who has been drinking can find relaxation in yoga or massage sessions. The main thing is to get to know like-minded people who support a healthy lifestyle.
- You have to get rid of bad habits. An organism that has been suffering from the effects of alcohol for years takes on other bad habits: smoking, eating fast food, meeting in the evening in front of the computer. The rejection of at least half of them will give energy and strength to move forward.
